Vision: The 2021–2025 NSP aims for a prosperous, malaria-free Côte d’Ivoire through universal and equitable access to malaria control interventions.

Mission:

• Contribute to reducing malaria-related morbidity and mortality through promotional, preventive, curative, and research activities;
• Coordinate malaria control activities.

Goals: To contribute significantly to improving the population’s well-being by reducing the burden of malaria by 2025

Objectives: In line with the Global Technical Strategy for Malaria 2016–2030, the objectives of this strategic plan are:

• By the end of 2025, to reduce malaria-related mortality rates by at least 75% compared to 2015
• By the end of 2025, to reduce the incidence of malaria cases by at least 75% compared to 2015
• By the end of 2025, to strengthen and sustain the program’s management, coordination, and partnership capacities in order to achieve performance goals at all levels.
