The Togo Plan Strategique National de Lutte Contre le Paludisme (PSNLP) 2023-2026 aligns with the National Health Development Plan and the government’s 2020-2025 roadmap. It is developed based on an inclusive and participatory process with the effective involvement of all stakeholders.
Goal: Its goal is to contribute to improving the health of the population by significantly reducing the burden of malaria by 2026.
Objectives: To achieve this, the following objectives have been set:
- ✓ reduce the incidence of malaria by at least 65% compared to 2022;
- ✓ reduce malaria-related mortality by at least 65% compared to 2022;
- ✓ strengthen malaria control management capacities at all levels, taking into account climate challenges and the vulnerability of populations to climate change.
