Bringing together the global community is vital for continued progress in the fight against malaria. The Ifakara MasterClasses consist of discussions with experts that allow for applied understanding of specific subjects related to malaria control. They enable researchers, postgraduate students, National Malaria Program officials, and malaria advocates to engage in the same virtual room to share best practices in malaria control.
In this TrendsTalk, the organizers, hosts, and some participant researchers presented a synthesis of five key MasterClasses held to emphasize their mission of promoting essential scientific discourse on malaria and its control by bringing together world-leading experts to discuss technical knowledge and experiences with a wide audience.
