Population structure and transmission dynamics of Plasmodium vivax: regional and global perspective

Objectives

To characterize the genetic structure and transmission dynamics of Plasmodium vivax, and to provide essential malariological indices to be used for monitoring or modelling interventions in the context of recent worldwide efforts to malaria elimination.
