UKRI Call for Applications: International Partnership on Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases
The UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) calls for International Partnership on Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases.
UKRI invites you to apply for funding for internationally collaborative projects to understand the ecological, evolutionary and social drivers of infectious disease transmission in animals, humans and plants, using a quantitative or mathematical approach combined with qualitative principles.
Eligibility criteria:
- You must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for funding from UKRI or Defra and collaborate with a partner from the US. You can also have partners from China and Israel to form tri or quadrilateral collaborations.
- The collaborative projects must include a project lead from the US who will lead the submission through the National Science Foundation (NSF) process.
- UK researchers can apply for: research projects, research coordination networks, planning proposals with partners from the US, China or Israel.
- The full economic cost of your project can be up to £1 million, funding available for up to four years.
