The Shape Society Health Initiative Call for Applications: Research Fellowship Programme

The Shape Society Health Initiative Research Fellowship Programme is open for applications. It is a fully-funded fellowship that offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on research experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities across Africa. 

The programme is a six-week intensive training designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge and skills to conduct, write, and publish impactful research. Hosted by Shape Society Health Initiative (SSHI), the programme connects aspiring researchers with mentors and experts dedicated to promoting evidence-based health solutions.

Who should apply?

  • Students, early-career researchers, health professionals, and NGO workers passionate about improving public health through research

Duration:

  • 6 Weeks (9th January to 13th February 2026).
