APMEN Webinar: Technology Advances in Vector Control

APMEN Vector Control Working Group (VCWG) is hosting the upcoming on-line webinar: Technology Advances in Vector Control“.

Date: Thursday, November 21, 2024

Vector control, supported by effective vector surveillance, remains a critical element in the combat against mosquito-borne diseases like malaria and dengue. We face significant constraints in applying surveillance and control, for various reasons that include challenges in finding breeding sites, addressing outdoor biting, capacity to identify mosquitoes, practical surveillance tools, and control tools that go beyond the limitations of LLIN’s and IRS.
