Target Malaria Webinar: Disruptive science communication tools for a malaria research project in Africa
Target Malaria will be hosting a webinar discussing “Disruptive science communication tools for a malaria research project in Africa“!
Target Malaria is a not-for-profit research consortium that aims to develop and share new, cost-effective and sustainable genetic technologies to modify mosquitoes and reduce malaria transmission. They develop disruptive science communication tools on a variety of platforms and medias. They rely on the strong local knowledge of the communities, their customs and languages. The development of these tools is done with communicators spread throughout Africa and Europe, as well with local suppliers who are best placed to develop tools that will be culturally appropriate.
In the webinar, Target Malaria’s communications team members will present tools they have developed to reach stakeholders successfully and communicate proactively about complex science developments.
