The RAFIKI Handbook for Planning and Hosting Capacity-Development Fellowships offers a structured, experience-based framework for designing and implementing fellowships that meaningfully strengthen research and innovation ecosystems.
While developed within the RAFIKI Consortium, the Handbook is intended as a practical, adaptable resource for institutions beyond the RAFIKI.
In this webinar, we formally launch the Handbook to the wider GC ADDA, RAFIKI and global drug discovery communities, and share real-world insights from those who have designed, hosted and participated in fellowships. Together, we will explore how to move beyond transactional mobility towards fellowships that are intentional, equitable and aligned with long-term institutional impact.
