CHU4UHC webinar: Capacity Building Frontline HCWs through the MoH Virtual Academy

The CHU4UHC in collaboration with the Division of Community Health and Amref Health Africa seeks to host the webinar: Capacity Building Frontline HCWs through the MoH Virtual Academy to dive into how the MoH Virtual Academy is transforming capacity building for HCWs across Kenya.

The objectives of the webinar are:

• Create awareness and uptake of the Ministry of Health (MoH) Virtual Academy among Community Health Promoters (CHPs) and other frontline health workers.
• Build the capacity of health workers to navigate the platform and independently access e-learning courses, guidelines, and digital tools.
• Share county-level best practices and experiences in supporting health worker capacity building using digital platforms.
• Foster cross-county learning and peer mentorship on digital health innovations and workforce development.
