8th Future of Malaria Research Symposium (JHSPH)

The Johns Hopkins School of Public Health’s (JHSPH) Malaria Research Institute will host the 8th Future of Malaria Research Symposium, prior to the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene’s annual meeting. Students and postdoctoral researchers are organizing this hybrid meeting. Organizers will welcome abstracts for presentation (oral, poster, or lightning) consideration.

Date: October 28, 2022

Place: Hybrid – Zoom and in person at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, Maryland, USA

Keynote addresses will be delivered in person, selected oral presentations talks will be delivered either in-person or virtually; all are accessible to in-person and virtual attendees.  
A poster session and lunch will be limited to in-person engagement; lightning talks will be hosted virtually for those who have posters accepted and cannot attend in person.

  1. Abstract submission – September 20, 2022.
  2. Registration deadline (In-person attendance) – October 7, 2022
