To conduct a reanalysis of double RNAseq data from mammalian hosts infected by Plasmodium, as well as the integration of host-pathogen transcriptomes via new integration methodologies and perform a meta-analysis at the level of dual transcriptional networks to identify associations between Plasmodium-host that are conserved between different species, as well as associations that are species-specific.
