Rationale and Abstract

In addition to conducting various pharmacological and non-pharmacological tests of compound X, which was found to have antimalarial activity, and derivatives synthesized so far, construct an assay system related to mechanism of action that can evaluate SAR. . Based on the obtained evaluation results and data on resistant strains under analysis, the mechanism of action of compound X will be clarified in more detail.
