Preclinical and Phase I development of transmission blocking vaccines
Objectives
Pre-clinical evaluation of a vaccine that will effectively block the transmission and limit the spread of Plasmodium falciparum and or Plasmodium vivax, and to conduct sero-immunological tests and standard membrane feeding assays for evaluation of transmission-blocking activity.
