Objectives
To collect challenges and lesson learned during 2019 to 2020, and inform the national scale-up in 2021.
Rationale and Abstract
As P. falciparum cases decline in Cambodia, the proportion of P. vivax cases has increased to 90% of the total cases in the country, and potential for relapse hinders progress towards elimination targets. Radical cure thus becomes a catalyst to reach the goal of malaria elimination by 2025, with phase 1 rolled out in 4 provinces to collect challenges and lesson learned during 2019 to 2020, and inform the national scale-up in 2021.
