Objectives

To develop the first GIS-integrated electronic data capture tool for IRS monitoring, capable of delivering precise, real-time data on spray operator activity, automatically aggregated throughout the reporting hierarchy in easy-to-use maps, charts and graphs in order to verify IRS operations are applied to the exact right areas. The mSpray® tool provides GIS-integrated data directly from the field, and is the first operationally tested tool that can provide data capable of approximating IRS impact at the population level.
