Objectives

1. To assess the prevalence of G6PD deficiency in Kayin State, Myanmar.
2. To assess the operational feasibility of G6PD testing and radical cure of P. vivax malaria using primaquine.
3. To assess the speed of P. vivax elimination by radical cure treatment intervention.
