Evaluate the efficacy and safety of high dose primaquine over seven days in patients with Plasmodium vivax malaria in Binh Phouc and Gia Lai provinces

Objectives

1. Compare the efficacy and safety of high-dose primaquine (0.5mg/kg) for 7 days with the standard primaquine regimen (0.25 mg/kg) for 14 days in patients with Plasmodium vivax malaria in Binh Phuoc and Gia Lai province.
2. Evaluation of compliance to high-dose primaquine (0.5mg/kg) for 7 days in P. vivax malaria patients at the study site.
