ACHIDES: African Centre for hrp2/3 Deletion Surveillance (AHRI)

Objectives

To introduce a novel rapid molecular method - digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) - to detect hrp2/3 gene deletions in Plasmodium falciparum in Ethiopia.
