2026 RE-AIM Fellowship Application

The National RE-AIM/PRISM Consortium is seeking a second cohort of the RE-AIM/PRISM fellows interested in gaining expertise in implementation science, specifically applying RE-AIM/PRISM, through an experiential learning approach.

These fellows will lead the development of different topical areas as described below, with mentorship and guidance from the RE-AIM/PRISM Consortium. The National RE-AIM/PRISM Consortium consists of a group of scientists and practitioners committed to advancing D&I science, increasing impact, and addressing inequities through the RE-AIM/PRISM model. We provide resources, training, and collaboration to support research, practice, and policy in Dissemination & Implementation (D&I) science.

Timeline: February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027; with potential for extension.
