21st Annual RBM Vector Control Working Group (VCWG) Workshop
The 21st RBM VCWG Annual Workshop: Vector Control at Crossroads- innovating for Impact in a Resource-Constrained Era will be scheduled for March 2026 in Nairobi Kenya.
Date: 3rd of March 2026- 5th March 2026
Venue: Movenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi, Kenya
The annual workshop offers a platform for the malaria vector control community to share the latest best practices and research relevant to current and future malaria vector control operations. The activities of the dedicated Work Streams, which focus on their work plans, are complemented by plenary sessions and panel discussions.
During the meeting, the Work Stream Co-Leaders and the Co-Chairs of the Working Group ratify the main projects, and present the next steps and way forward. The work plan activities are funded by Partners, and coordinated by the Work Stream Co-Leads and the Co-Chairs of the Working Group.
There will be 3 works streams:
- Work Stream 1: Enhancing Impact of Core Interventions
- Work Stream 2: Expanding the Vector Control Toolbox
- Work Stream 3: Implementing the Global Vector Control Response
