Leaders of Africa Institute Call for Applications: Research Communication Program Scholarship
The Leaders of Africa Institute calls for Applications for the Research Communication Program 2025.
The program covers best practices for writing research briefs, creating policy memos, delivering presentations, crafting multimedia productions, and engaging with media, as well as techniques for presenting complex information in an accessible and impactful way. Communication Scholars gain experience using tools and software to streamline communication efforts, including Overleaf/ LaTeX, Canva, Google Analytics, Wix, WordPress, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Open Broadcaster Software – OBS, and interactive presentation platforms.
Eligibility:Â
- The program is open to all fields and
- to all applicants based on the African continent AND internationally.
- Each accepted applicant receives an Impact Scholarship in support of their research communication pursuits.
Funding details:
The total tuition for the program is 3,500 USD. Every accepted applicant receives an Impact Scholarship worth approximately 3,200 USD. If accepted, the remaining fee is only between 250 and 350 USD.
