MalariaGEN training survey

MalariaGEN at the Genomic Surveillance Unit, Wellcome Sanger Institute is looking to find about any short courses, workshops, hackathons, or similar programmes (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) that focused on analysing genomic data from malaria parasites and/or vectors through this survey.

As the malaria genomics landscape evolves, Malaria Gen is mapping training opportunities in parasite and vector whole genome sequencing (WGS). The focus is still on the genetic epidemiology of malaria, but also interested in broader transferable skills. 

This survey will contribute to a gap analysis that will help guide our future training and development plans.
