Training Course on Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases (Malaria)

The Center for Epidemiological Modelling and Analysis (CEMA) at the University of Nairobi, in collaboration with the Swiss Tropical And Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is hosting a specialized training course on Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases, focusing on Malaria. 

Dates: 18th August – 29th August 2025
Mode: In-Person, Language of instruction: English.
Venue: University of Nairobi

Pre-requisites:

• Applicants must be from a Malaria endemic country.
• Participants must bring their own laptops for hands-on exercises.
• Suggested readings will be shared before the training for preparation.
