The Asset Africa Institute (AAI) a specialized institute in the research, design and delivery of high-quality and affordable training programs for development workers worldwide, is pleased to announce a workshop on “Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation Training Workshop”.
Date: February 26 – March 1, 2024
Place: Meridian Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya
Cost: USD 395 (Covers Ten o’clock tea/snacks, buffet lunches, water, writing materials, four o’clock tea/snacks. Participants make own travel and accommodation arrangements.)

Objective:
- To enhance and accelerate the effective delivery of program outcomes through the upgrade of key competencies in the management, monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects and phases of the project cycle among staff.
Training Methodology:
- The training comprises Practical, engaging and job-related exercises, Competency assessment assignments with constant feedback, interactive- expert facilitated Q&A discussion sessions to reinforce learning, knowledge acquisition and boost competency to facilitate change of perspectives, attitudes, and practices. This change will be observed in the workplace.
