Rinter Karimi

Correspondent

Rinter conducted her PhD at the University of Glasgow, where her research explored the relationship between malaria infection and autoimmunity. Her work focused on immunological mechanisms at the interface of infectious and immune-mediated diseases. She is currently a senior postdoctoral immunologist at the University of Oxford, working on vaccine immunology in clinical trials.

Being a MESA correspondent will be an excellent opportunity to advance my science communication and reporting skills while also attending the prestigious BioMalPar conference.
