Africa CDC Webinar – Mission Possible: Scaling up Malaria Molecular Surveillance in Africa
The Africa CDC webinar titled “Mission Possible: Scaling up Malaria Molecular Surveillance in Africa” will be held on the 2023 World Malaria Day with the theme “Time to deliver zero malaria: invest, innovate, implement”.
This webinar will focus on the opportunities and possibilities of scaling up the implementation of innovative malaria molecular surveillance (MMS) for drug resistance; diagnostic resistance (HRP 2/3 deletions); insecticide resistance and vector surveillance. The panel will also discuss approaches for improved MMS data use for decision making at subnational, national, regional and global levels.
