SSCP DTP Call for Applications: PhD studentships

The Science and Solutions for a Changing Planet DTP (SSCP DTP) of the Imperial College London calls for PhD studentship applications.The SSCP DTP will award 16 fully funded NERC studentships in 2023 – 2024.  Applicants can choose from projects which have been proposed by various Imperial academics and researchers from our partner institutions. 

Eligibility:

To be classed as a home student, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a UK National (meeting residency requirements), or
  • Have settled status, or
  • Have pre-settled status (meeting residency requirements), or  
  • Have indefinite leave to remain or enter 

If a candidate does not meet the criteria above, they would be classified as an International student

Funding details:

  • The studentships are fully funded for a minimum of 3.5 years. 
  • Stipend based on the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) minimum rate (currently £19,668 including London Weighting Allowance for 2022/2023) 
  • Home Tuition Fees (£4,596 for 2022/23)
