MRCG at LSHTM: 75th Anniversary Symposium
The Medical Research Council Unit The Gambia at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (MRCG at LSHTM) is inviting you to register for its 75th Anniversary Symposium.
Date: November 8 -10, 2022.
Location: The Gambia and via the Whova event app.
To celebrate 75 years of impactful health research, the MRCG at LSHTM will convene a series of activities including a Scientific Symposium in The Gambia, which will bring together some of the world leaders of global health.
The Symposium provides an opportunity to highlight the Unit’s achievements and the ongoing collaborations within West Africa and beyond. It will also be an opportunity to strengthen ongoing collaborative links and establish new ones in the effort to discuss future global health challenges and best research strategies to mitigate them for meeting the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The celebrations will also include an Open Day and Cultural show targeting scientists, policymakers, students, partners, and local community members.
