Spatial analysis of the incidence of G6PD mutations in Plasmodium vivax malaria infection in South Central Timor (SCT), East Nusa Tenggara (ENT) Province, Indonesia

Objectives

The primary objective of this project is to define the spatial distribution of G6PD deficiency and malaria cases in SCT.

Secondary aims are to asses risk factors associated with G6PD deficiency and compare differences in signs and symptoms among deficient and non-deficient malaria positive participants.
