Malaria DREAM challenge using computational models
The Malaria DREAM Challenge is open to anyone interested in developing computational models to address problems in malaria. The goal is to predict the changing biology of Artemisinin-resistant malaria parasites.
The challenge asks participants to predict three different resistance states of a subset of the 55 in vitro isolate samples; 50% inhibitory concentration values (IC50), patient clearance half-life (PC1/2), and categorical resistance state (resistant/sensitive).
The challenge is open to all and participants are invited to register now. Final submissions are due July 2019.
