RTI Events: Critical barriers to malaria elimination: How do local communities get back on track?

Please join RTI International for a conversation with a diverse group of malaria experts about the challenges facing malaria prevention and control today, including their reflections on the latest World Health Organization’s World malaria report and their countries’ efforts toward malaria elimination. The event is called "Critical barriers to malaria elimination: How do local communities get back on track?".

Panelists include national malaria control program managers from Africa to Southeast Asia as well as technical experts from international implementing partners. These experts will share their thoughts on what is stalling malaria prevention and control efforts, share lessons learned from their personal experiences delivering malaria services amidst an ever-changing programmatic environment, and discuss innovative approaches they have been taking to overcome challenges in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and other emerging and existing public health threats.
