Applications open: West African Centre for Cell Biology of Infectious Pathogens (WACCBIP) Early Career Personal Development Course
The West African Centre for Cell Biology of Infectious Pathogens (WACCBIP) is organising the second Early Career Personal Development Course at the University of Ghana from January 14-17, 2020. The four-day course is open to early-career scientists (1-3 years post-PhD) conducting active research in any West African institution.
The course will be led by Course Director, Professor Keith Gull (University of Oxford), together with WACCBIP Faculty and collaborators from Cornell Medical School, Oxford Brookes University, and other leading institutions.
Applications must include:
- A short CV (max one page) which includes a description of your current position and the name of your current supervisor or Head of Department who has agreed to your attendance if selected.
- A short personal statement (max 200 words) explaining how you hope to benefit from this course and why it is appropriate for you.
